Fully registered pharmacist with 8 years across government hospital, private hospital, chain retail and COVID-19 vaccination centres. I lead a 6-person store and purchasing team at Assunta Hospital, managing 2,300+ active items and over RM1 million in monthly purchases. I sit on the drug sub-committee and handle NPRA import permits for unregistered medicines. When a process is slow or error-prone, I build a fix for it: an inventory management dashboard, an import-permit tracker with automatic renewal alerts, and an injection dilution chart app.

Pharmacy Dashboard

One place for the pharmacy team to track new drug requests, owing items and loans.

  • Web dashboard for inventory management, with new drug request, owing and loan modules.
  • Hosted on Cloudflare; pricing and other sensitive data stay private.
  • Designed, tested and shipped by me using AI-assisted development.

NPRA Import Permit Tracker

Import permits for unregistered medicines were tracked by hand, so renewals were easy to miss.

  • Excel tracker with automatic renewal alerts, populated from 47 past applications.
  • Pre-filled application template cuts repeat typing.
  • Google Apps Script emails a renewal digest every morning at 8 AM and reads NPRA approval letters automatically.
